When purchasing the gift voucher please make sure you provide a postal address if you want a gift voucher posting, alternatively, if you want an e-voucher, please provide the email address you want sending to within the comments box.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If your treatment exceeds the amount of your gift voucher you must pay the outstanding balance for your treatment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
